Dreams that Glitter Terms and Conditions ⭐️⭐️
Placing an order 💕
We will process your order upon receipt of the following information.
- Item wishing to order
- Size of Item (if Applicable)
- Colour of Item (If Applicable)
- Your Name and Delivery Address
- 50% deposit (see Payment Terms Section)
- Any other custom details (If Applicable)
To place an order, please send a message to us via the Facebook site, containing all of the details mentioned above.
Please note: Photos and colours within the pictures on Facebook are representational and there could be variations in designs and colours.
Payment Details💕
The following are approved methods of Payment
- PayPal (preferred method)
- Bank Transfer
- Pay in person
We will inform you when the item is ready to be dispatched. At this point we will require the remaining balance to be paid via the method above (if haven’t already paid for)
Please note: Good are dispatched only after full payment is received.
Payment Terms💕
A 50% deposit is required to commence all personalised orders This may be paid via the payment method mentioned in the Payment Details section. Orders will not be processed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations💕
Customers that cancel an order for personalised items, after the deposit has been received will forfeit the 50% deposit. All goods will remain property of Dreams that Glitter until Paid in full.
Changing an order💕
Our goal is to service all customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that if an order does need changing, please send us a message to see if we are able to amend the order.
Shipping and Delivery💕
All products have different lead/delivery times and you will be given an estimated delivery date upon receiving the details mentioned in ‘placing an order’ section
Returns and Repairs💕
Any errors or breakages need to be reported to Dreams that glitter within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Dreams that glitter will endeavour to correct any faults on our side. Please send us a message with regards to any issues with the item.
Dreams that glitter do not accept damage in transit although every care will be taken to package in suitable boxing and bubble wrap
Dreams That Glitter own the designs to all products so you may put them on website / page prior to your wedding/event date etc
Any items that need to be returned will be paid at the expense of the buyer.
Dreams that glitter accept no responsibility once client has checked proof and will be full cost to reprint
Dreams that glitter reserves the right to refuse sale of, or withdraw from sale, any item without reason or notice
